Do I need any experience or flexibility? +
None at all. We start with a full assessment to understand your body and what it needs. No flexibility or fitness experience required.
What happens in the 3 sessions? +
Each session builds on the last. Session 1 focuses on assessing your movement and identifying what's holding you back. Session 2 targets those areas to improve your mobility and range of motion. Session 3 re-tests your progress and gives you a clear plan moving forward.

What do I need to wear or bring? +
Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move easily, along with clean socks. No equipment needed — we'll take care of everything.
